More than 12 years in R&D
Our experience and commitment to research are reflected in every collaboration, ensuring innovative solutions tailored to the needs of the plastic recycling sector.
Research and development services
We have a Pilot Plant equipped with advanced technology for the treatment and enhancement of plastic materials, allowing our clients to validate solutions at an industrial scale. Our main services include:

Plastic shredding
Shredding mill
Equipped with 1, 2, and 5 cm screens to ensure homogeneous material size reduction. Designed for efficient shredding and adaptable to various types of complex plastics.

Washing system
Washing/Delamination Reactor
Dual process that allows deep washing of plastics or pretreatment prior to chemical recycling. It ensures effective removal of adhesives and contaminants.

Drying system
Drying centrifuges
Processing capacity of up to 100 kg/h. Dual centrifugation system: one washing centrifuge and one drying centrifuge to ensure maximum efficiency and material quality.
We offer Advanced technical tests and analysis to detect and reduce contaminants in recycled plastics, ensuring their quality and regulatory compliance.
MFI
Melt Flow Index (MFI) meter from
from the ZwickRoell brand.
Thermobalance
Thermobalance is equipment used to determine the moisture content in plastic materials through controlled heating.
Agitators
Magnetic stirrers with
heating and temperature
control.
Rod agitators
Oven
It allows precise temperature control for conducting thermal tests, sample drying, and chemical reactions.
We offer advanced testing and technical analysis to detect and reduce contaminants in recycled plastics, ensuring their quality and regulatory compliance.
Thermal analysis
We conduct thermal analysis to evaluate the behavior of plastics and polymers under temperature changes. We determine thermal stability, phase transitions, and mechanical properties, ensuring the quality and viability of materials in industrial and recycling processes.
Thermomechanical Analysis
TA Instruments Q400: Measurement of thermal deformations from ambient temperature to 1100°C.
Mettler-Toledo TMA/SDTA 2+: Works from -80ºC to 400°C with a cooler for unattended analysis.
Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA)
METTLER-TOLEDO DMA1: Compression, three-point bending, tensile, shear, and cantilever (single and dual) testing.
Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC).
TA Instruments Q250: Modulated Differential Scanning Calorimetry (MDSC) heat flow analysis.
Thermogravimetry and Combined Thermal Analysis.
System coupled to mass spectrometer and infrared spectrometer for advanced material analysis.
Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS)
Study of the molecular composition of solid and liquid samples.
Detection and identification of volatile and semi-volatile compounds present in plastics (IAS, NIAS).
Three low-resolution mass spectrometers (Agilent 5975C, 5973N, and 5977B) with quadrupole analyzers, coupled to three gas chromatographs (Agilent 7890A, 6890N, and 7890B) for the analysis of volatile and semi-volatile compounds.
GERSTEL TDS-2 + Agilent 6890N: Horizontal thermal desorption with GERSTEL CIS 4+ injector (PTV) for trace detection of compounds in solid and liquid samples.
Agilent 7200 (Quadrupole-Time of Flight): Exact mass measurement for precise identification of compounds in complex samples.
Dynamic Olfactometry according to the UNE-EN 13725 standard
Quantification of odor intensity in plastic samples. We have adapted the UNE-EN 13725 standard, applied to air odor measurement, to quantify the odor intensity of a plastic sample.

The olfactometer is the equipment used to perform sample dilutions in olfactometric analysis.
This equipment allows obtaining known dilutions, and the result of the analysis provides the odor concentration of the sample, expressed in odor units per cubic meter.
Microscopy
Surface analysis of materials to conduct impurity studies.
- SEM Scanning Electron Microscopy
- FESEM – Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy
- TEM – Transmission Electron Microscopy
- Spectral Confocal Microscopy
- Visual Microscopy
- Atomic Force and Scanning Tunneling Microscopy.
Hitachi S3000N: Detailed analysis of material surfaces and morphology using electrons.
ZEISS Merlin VP Compact + EDX BRUKER Quantax 400: High resolution for structural studies with elemental microanalysis.
JEOL JEM-1400 Plus (120 kV) + GATAN ORIUS: Nanometric-level imaging with high precision.
