Renewable plastic waste

It is a recycling process for packaging and other multilayer products that are composed of different types of materials. This combination makes their recycling difficult through conventional methods and therefore poses a problem for packaging manufacturers and waste managers.

That is why we decided to create a technology that could provide a real and efficient solution to this type of waste. The delamination technology separates the layers of these multilayer products so that they can be reused, turning them from an expense into a source of benefits.

Different types of plastic waste have unwanted odors that become a real problem when it comes to their reuse.

Through chemical-free processes, using only water vapor, we managed to reduce the odor intensity by over 95%.

Our deodorization technology has been validated for various types of plastics such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, and PS.

Zero impurities

Recycled plastics can contain a multitude of compounds originating during their useful life that can be harmful to health. These compounds make recycled plastics unsafe for later consumption.

The decontamination technology we apply to these materials eliminates all types of hazards for the end consumer, making closed-loop recycling possible for polyolefins.

We are in the Science Park of the University of Alicante (San Vicent del Raspeig), a meeting place for multiple innovative companies where technology stands out. Thanks to our location we have complete facilities that help us to investigate and test new processes. We have our own offices where we develop our business vision, with a private laboratory with the latest research technologies and a pilot plant that allows us to experiment and improve processes.
