The industrial process step-by-step.
Below is the detail of the actual flow that materials follow within our advanced mechanical recycling line. This is how our patents and processes are coordinated to transform complex, low-value waste into a high-value, recycled and recyclable material in the market.
01. Material Shredding
The process begins with a mechanical shredding stage. The incoming plastic waste is processed to homogenize the size of the fractions, reducing the material's volume and leaving it in optimal handling conditions for the subsequent phases of the plant.
02. Mechanical pre-conditioning.
This is where our know-howcomes into play. The material undergoes a mechanical pretreatment stage, a key step and part of our delamination technology. In this phase, the structure of the packaging is conditioned purely by mechanical means to allow the aqueous solution to penetrate more easily between the layers that make up the material, making the process much more efficient.
03. Delamination
This stage is the core of our technology. The material passes into the delamination reactor, a water-based process where, through agitation, we achieve the complete separation of the layers of these multilayer plastics. At the end of this phase, the already separated materials are divided and efficiently classified through a densification process.
04. Washing and drying

El material se introduce inicialmente en una centrífuga de enjuague; posteriormente, el plástico pasa a una segunda etapa de centrifugado y secado que elimina la humedad residual y lo deja preparado para la siguiente fase.
05. Extrusion
With the plastic completely clean and dry, the material enters the extrusion phase, where the delaminated plastic is melted and transformed into pellets. In this way, the product is ready for its subsequent final optimization treatment.
06. Decontamination
In this stage, our second patented technology comes into play: the pellets enter our decontamination column, a purely mechanical recycling process that exclusively uses water vapor. Here, volatile compounds, contaminants, and trapped odors are completely eliminated, resulting in a clean and high-quality plastic.
07. Final pellets for industrial applications
At the end of this entire process, we succeed in converting what was once low-value waste into high-quality, recycled and recyclable pellets. The material comes out ready for the market, for instance, for the manufacturing of film or other final applications.
