Delamination Technology
El siguiente nivel en el reciclaje de envases multicapa.
Water-based technology. Precise delamination. Zero waste.
Rompiendo las barreras del reciclaje tradicional.
Multilayer packaging is indispensable in today's industry due to its ability to protect and preserve products. However, the combination of different polymers, along with the presence of interlayer adhesives and inks, made them until now a technically unfeasible waste for traditional recycling systems, inevitably ending up in landfills or incinerators.
At Fych, we break this barrier through our Delamination Technology, an advanced mechanical recycling solution specifically designed to process these complex structures and return each material to the circular economy as high-quality raw material.
Fych’s Delamination Technology
The plastic delamination technology process is a water-based mechanical recycling method (95% water), designed for treating multilayer packaging. It eliminates adhesives and enables the efficient separation of layers, facilitating material recovery and the production of high-value recycled plastics.
This system begins with a mechanical preaconditioning process carried out prior to delamination. In this initial stage, the waste is physically prepared to allow the aqueous solution to better penetrate between the layers, maximizing the efficiency of the entire process. Subsequently, this solution cleanly separates the sheets by simultaneously removing adhesives and inkswithout degrading the physical or chemical properties of the polymers.
Its application focuses on the selective separation and recovery of each polymer, reaching maximum purity levels that return the material to the market as a high commercial value raw material.
Unlimited versatility.
Soluciones de reciclaje para todo tipo de formatos y orígenes de residuo.
This process is highly effective for both flexible and rigid packaging, allowing for the efficient treatment of pre-consumer, post-consumer, and post-industrial waste that traditional systems are unable to recycle. We drastically elevate the quality to generate clean plastics that break through the barriers of today's market.

An industrial reality since 2022.
Our technology is not a promise for the future; it is a consolidated reality. Since 2022, this system has been operating successfully at an industrial scale alongside one of our strategic clients, proving its technical and economic viability in highly demanding environments.
Currently, the plant continuously processes post-industrial PET/PE trays, achieving a perfect separation of both polymers. This commercial milestone demonstrates that it is possible to transform a complex waste stream into pure resources, ready to be reintroduced into the value chain with the highest quality guarantees.
