We specialize in the treatment of complex structures such as Polyal from beverage cartons, their caps, and Bag-in-Box structures, completely removing adhesives, inks, and odors. The result is a portfolio of high-purity rLDPE, rHDPE y rPP pellets, tailored to the most demanding industrial applications, such as film extrusion or other final products.

Below are the post-consumer waste streams that we continuously process in our plant, which is designed to treat up to 5,000 tons per year of these complex materials, resulting in rLDPE pellets, HDPE flakes, and injection-grade PP.
rLDPE pellets from Polyal
Recycled LDPE pellets obtained from Polyal in from provenientes del household post-consumer waste. At our plant, we break the bond between the materials, completely releasing the aluminum for separate recycling, achieving an optimal, gel-free polymer ready for film extrusion or other end-use applications with the performance of virgin plastic.
HDPE and PP cap mix
Recycled HDPE and PP flake mix, obtained from the cap fraction separated from polyal of household post-consumer waste . This flake stream is available to be reintroduced into the production cycle, serving as a base for rigid plastic applications through injection molding or blow molding processes.
rLDPE pellets from Bag-in-Box
Recycled LDPE pellets from post-consumer Bag-in-Box structures (aseptic bags) through our advanced mechanical recycling technology. By removing adhesives and inks, we achieve an optimal, gel-free polymer ready for film extrusion or other end-use applications with the performance of virgin plastic.
