programa <strong data-start=\"1948\" data-end=\"1963\">EMPYME 2025<\/strong>, impulsado por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Emprendimiento e Internacionalizaci\u00f3n de la Generalitat Valenciana, con el objetivo de apoyar el crecimiento y consolidaci\u00f3n de peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas innovadoras en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p><p data-start=\"2189\" data-end=\"2446\">La financiaci\u00f3n recibida, por un importe de <strong data-start=\"2233\" data-end=\"2248\">15.000,00 \u20ac<\/strong>, est\u00e1 destinada al <strong data-start=\"2268\" data-end=\"2340\">escalado industrial y consolidaci\u00f3n de nuestra capacidad tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong>, permiti\u00e9ndonos mejorar la implementaci\u00f3n de soluciones avanzadas en reciclaje sostenible de pl\u00e1sticos.<\/p><p data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2753\">Gracias a este apoyo, podremos <strong data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"2632\">ampliar y optimizar nuestros procesos, incrementar la eficiencia de nuestras Este material est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para su aplicaci\u00f3n en <strong data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"567\">interiores de veh\u00edculos<\/strong> mediante nuestra tecnolog\u00eda patentada de <strong data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"639\">descontaminaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, optimizando los procesos de pretratamiento y formulaci\u00f3n para asegurar su compatibilidad con procesos de <strong data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"759\">inyecci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, el proyecto integra soluciones ecol\u00f3gicas que fomentan la <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"848\">econom\u00eda circular<\/strong> en la automoci\u00f3n y apoyan las nuevas directrices de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea sobre el uso de materiales reciclados.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1002\"><span data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1000\"><u style=\"\">Entre los resultados principales:<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1653\">\n<li data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1214\">\n<p data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1214\">Se han desarrollado <strong data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1078\">nuevas formulaciones de pol\u00edmeros termopl\u00e1sticos<\/strong> (PP y PE) con alto contenido de material reciclado posconsumo, libres de contaminantes y olores, aptos para interiores de automoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1431\">\n<p data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1431\">Gracias a la <strong data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1274\">tecnolog\u00eda patentada de descontaminaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, basada \u00fanicamente en vapor de agua y sin qu\u00edmicos ni disolventes, los materiales cumplen con los <strong data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1417\">exigentes est\u00e1ndares de emisiones y olor<\/strong> del sector.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1653\">\n<p data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1653\">El proceso se ha <strong data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1479\">validado a escala piloto<\/strong>, demostrando que los residuos pl\u00e1sticos m\u00e1s complejos pueden transformarse en <strong data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1596\">recursos \u00fatiles para la automoci\u00f3n<\/strong>, convirti\u00e9ndose en materiales de alto valor funcional.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1885\">Esta estrategia representa un <strong data-start=\"1685\" data-end=\"1745\">avance significativo en la circularidad de la automoci\u00f3n<\/strong>, promoviendo Se centra en dos l\u00edneas principales: la mejora del <strong data-start=\"371\" data-end=\"416\">reciclaje de films tapa de alta vida \u00fatil<\/strong>, mediante procesos de <strong data-start=\"439\" data-end=\"475\">deslaminaci\u00f3n y descontaminaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para estructuras multicapa, y el desarrollo de <strong data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"547\">sensores de frescura<\/strong> para envases de menor vida \u00fatil, capaces de monitorizar el estado del producto sin necesidad de electr\u00f3nica ni apps externas.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Entre los resultados destacados:<\/span><\/p><ul><li data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"1011\"><p data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"1011\">Los procesos de deslaminaci\u00f3n y descontaminaci\u00f3n permitieron <strong data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"841\">recuperar y optimizar rPET, rPA y rPP<\/strong>, asegurando su reintroducci\u00f3n en envases alimentarios y mejorando la <strong data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"929\">reciclabilidad<\/strong> de materiales complejos, reduciendo la dependencia de materias primas v\u00edrgenes.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1233\"><p data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1233\">La seguridad alimentaria del rPP fue validada mediante <strong data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1109\">Challenge Test y an\u00e1lisis de riesgos<\/strong>, y sus propiedades finales se optimizaron mediante aditivaci\u00f3n para garantizar su procesabilidad en la cadena del envase.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1518\"><p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1518\">Se validaron a <strong data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1308\">escala industrial sensores colorim\u00e9tricos de frescura<\/strong> para productos fermentados vegetales, capaces de detectar compuestos gaseosos asociados a la descomposici\u00f3n microbiana y ofrecer una <strong data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1468\">lectura visual directa<\/strong>, sin necesidad de electr\u00f3nica ni apps externas.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1708\"><p data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1708\">El sensor se escal\u00f3 industrialmente y se prob\u00f3 en productos envasados en <strong data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1603\">ALNUT<\/strong>, mostrando <strong data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1677\">buena sensibilidad, estabilidad y facilidad de integraci\u00f3n<\/strong> en las l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1708\">Estas soluciones presentan alto potencial comercial, son escalables a producci\u00f3n industrial y contribuyen a una econom\u00eda circular m\u00e1s eficiente, reduciendo residuos no reciclables y garantizando la seguridad y calidad de los productos envasados.<\/p><p <b>residuos pl\u00e1sticos biodegradables<\/b> mediante <b>codigesti\u00f3n anaerobia con lodos de depuradora<\/b>, generando <b>biog\u00e1s<\/b> como vector energ\u00e9tico y un <b>digestato con potencial uso agr\u00edcola<\/b>. Se estudi\u00f3 la degradaci\u00f3n de distintos pl\u00e1sticos en condiciones anaerobias, a escala de laboratorio y piloto, evaluando c\u00f3mo los aditivos de los pl\u00e1sticos afectan al proceso y a la calidad del digestato.<\/p><p data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"780\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Entre los resultados principales:<\/span><\/p><ul data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"1403\"><li data-start=\"781\" data-end=\"926\"><p data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"926\">Se desarroll\u00f3 un pretratamiento espec\u00edfico para <strong>PLA<\/strong> y <strong>PBAT<\/strong>, aumentando la producci\u00f3n de biog\u00e1s hasta un<strong> 55 %<\/strong> y <strong>65 %<\/strong>, respectivamente.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"1053\"><p data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"1053\">Se optimiz\u00f3 el deslaminado de envases multicapa, recuperando <strong>fracciones pl\u00e1sticas con potencial biodegradabilidad.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1177\"><p data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1177\">Se avanz\u00f3 en la monitorizaci\u00f3n de micropl\u00e1sticos en lodos, abordando uno de los grandes retos ambientales actuales.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1403\"><p data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1403\">La soluci\u00f3n fue <strong>validada a escala piloto<\/strong> y el <strong>an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnico-econ\u00f3mico<\/strong> demuestra que puede implantarse en <strong>EDAR existentes<\/strong> con <strong>coste operativo pr\u00e1cticamente nulo<\/strong>, gracias a la energ\u00eda generada por el proceso.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"1620\">Esta estrategia representa una <strong>alternativa sostenible al vertido o la incineraci\u00f3n de biopl\u00e1sticos<\/strong>, contribuyendo a la econom\u00eda circular y al aprovechamiento eficiente de residuos pl\u00e1sticos biodegradables.<\/p><p data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"1620\"><span
